Course “Outcomes”
It’s been a while since I have done any coursework so I am excited about learning something new, engaging in professional dialogue, sharing ideas, exploring curiosities and constructing knowledge. This is also my first time taking a course that focuses on educational technology and information literacy, so am looking forward to exploring questions and challenges that I experience in this area in my everyday teaching. Hopefully, I will gain some insights, understanding, strategies, tools and knowledge of how to enhance my teaching and learning through technology and information literacy. I love the world of technology and am often humbled by its impact on my life and the world around me, but at times wonder how to use it effectively in my classroom, with my students.
I am committed to giving my students every opportunity to succeed and develop new 
interests and strengths. I think IT and literacy is a way to reach a changing breed of students and learners. I understand that my rewards may not be the answers I get through taking this course, but the journey that is paved with my questions, that will benefit my teaching. I hope this course will help me do just that…empower my students and myself to achieve, learn and grow in a changing world.
